Fresh Filed Chapter 7 Program
For this program, we target the customer from the filing date up to 30 days after discharge to stay in front of the customer throughout their bankruptcy process. This involves sending four different letters designed to initiate a conversation at different points during their bankruptcy.
1) Filing (Letter 1)
We send prospects a specific DriveToday Card® offer right after they file, informing them that we work with dealers who help customers who have recently filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, even before they have their 341 meeting.
2) 341 Meeting (Letter 2)
After the meeting, we send a different letter to let the customer know that they are in a great position to make a purchase.
3) Discharge (Letter 3)
This is the last letter in the program, informing the customer that all legal issues have been resolved and that they can now comfortably get the car they need.
4) Post-Discharge Discharged Chapter 7 Program
This program transitions into the WEEKLY DISCHARGED BK PROGRAM, considering that 37% of customers will buy another vehicle within 90 days of filing.
While Fresh-Filed and Fresh-Discharged Chapter 7 Bankruptcy consumers are strong prospects, many may not immediately purchase a vehicle.
